The role of receptionist is a key position in the sense that generally you are the first point of contact for all our VVIP clients. You will:

About the Role
The role of receptionist is a key position in the sense that generally you are the first point of contact for all our VVIP clients. You will:
- Greet, assist and serve light refreshment to VIP guests
- Ensure the required daily reports are completed correctly and on time
- Working with the cleaning and facilities management team, ensure all area of the FBO are clean, stocked and maintained to DCAF standard
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Assist the Ground Ops team, Cabin Crew, Marketing Manager and other relevant management as required
- Other task within your area of expertise as assigned by Line Manager.
- Be able to read and write English to a professional standard
- Have proven customer services skills
- Have an excellent telephone manner
- Be professionally and neatly presented
- Be able to use excel, word, telephone switchboard and email
- Previous experience within aviation or hospitality industry
- VIP experience desirable
- Detail oriented methodical approach to solving/performing tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Pride in performing to the best of own ability
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
