Mainly Real Estate Background Necessary
• Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for staff.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with basic inquiries and provide information about the company.
• Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Women who are native or fluent Arabic speakers are preferred.
