We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Sales/Telecaller. The ideal candidate will bring their expertise to ensure smooth front-office operations while actively contributing to sales efforts. This role is ideal for a professional with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors professionally, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Manage the front desk, answering calls and handling inquiries.
• Make outbound sales calls, present services, and maintain follow-up communication.
• Support administrative tasks, including record-keeping and correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within Dubai.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages such as Arabic are a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Competent in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication and sales skills.
