Job Responsibilities:
• Prepares & types letters, quotations, and invoices.
• Answers and makes telephone calls takes concerning messages and passes them as directed in a polite and professional manner, also arranges appointments for the sales & marketing department.
• Record invoices and update the system as per the requirements.
• Controls register for Quotations reference numbers & general reference numbers.
• Carries out the filing of all incoming and outgoing correspondences in respective files to maintain the filing system up to date.
• Receives all documents via couriers and forwards to the respective departments.
• Makes all necessary arrangements required for visitors/customers and properly manages the visitor's register as per the ISO standards.

• Keeps routine contact with accounts and dispatch department for daily work requirements.
• Reports to Manager Accounts and manages work according to the established standard policies & procedures.
• Identify and pursue potential customers or clients through various sales channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address client questions head-on.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability for the company.
• Convert leads into sales by resolving client concerns and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
