Job Description

We are seeking a smart , self motivated and organized Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in both sales coordination and receptionist duties. As the Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or individual. Coordinate sales activities, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and processing orders. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining sales documentation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to customers. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our company's professional image. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects, as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator and Receptionist, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Proficient in linguistic skills ie English & Hindi languages. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and management. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a must. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Female candidates are preferred for this position.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
