As a Receptionist cum Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products
• Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and client follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
• Prepare and process sales orders and quotations.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases
• Provide support in organizing company events and meetings

Requirements:

• A degree in any field
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Professional appearance and attitude
