Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Reception cum Office Girl to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service at the front desk and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate should be professional, multitasking, and have a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Assist guests and distribute to the respective departments such as CEO's.
• Serving tea or coffee for the guests.
• Handle inquiries and provide information about the organization.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Office Support Duties:
• Help maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary.
• Maintain the offices clean and tidy
• Support update of the orders or handling products in office such as coffee and tea.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist/ office girl or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
Working Conditions:
• Office environment with standard working hours.
• May require occasional overtime or flexibility in hours.
