Job Description

The Receptionist cum Document Controller will manage front-desk operations while overseeing document control processes for the organization. This role involves providing exceptional customer service to visitors and callers, maintaining records, and ensuring proper documentation management and compliance with company policies.

Location : Ajman

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience from arrival.
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office logistics.
• Maintain front desk and reception area in a neat and organized manner.

Document Control Duties:

• Receive, check, and accurately log all incoming and outgoing documents in the document management system.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring secure, accurate, and accessible records.
• Control and track the distribution of documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
• Assist in creating templates and standardized document formats for the organization.
• Regularly audit and update document archives to ensure accuracy and currency.

Administrative Support:

• Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining common areas.
• Coordinate with various departments to provide documentation support.
• Support data entry, record-keeping, and filing systems in line with company standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist, or document controller.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Receptionist: 2 years (Required)
• Document Controller: 1 year (Required)
