Job Description

  • Perform routine clerical and administrative jobs, such as sorting mail, filing, entering data, and signing for packages.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Answering calls and inquiries in appropriate manner.
  • Assisting clients in conference room for the appointment meetings.
Location: Al Hilal Business Tower, AL Hilal City, FUJ Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
