Job Responsibilities:
• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome clients and visitors.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling for agents and clients.
• Administrative Support:
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property listings.
• Maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions.
• Office Management:
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with real estate agents and other team members to support daily operations.
• Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., MLS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
