Job Summary: Looking for a Receptionist cum Admin in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Conduct front office duties including handling telephone calls as well as enquiries or requests from walk-in visitors
  • Welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate staff or office
  • Keep up a safe and clean reception area
  • Respond to, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Receive the daily office mail
  • Make orders for office supplies and maintain inventory of stock
  • Perform any other related duties as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • The applicant must have a relevant Bachelors Degree
  • Applicants must have more than 2 years of related working experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and time-management skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Asians are preferred
