Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Accountant. In this dual role, you will manage both front desk responsibilities and accounting tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial management.

Responsibilities:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff. Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc.). Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. Perform bookkeeping and financial record-keeping tasks. Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a receptionist, accountant, or in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software (Zoho) and MS Office. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

* receptionist: 3 years (Preferred)
