Job Description

\xc2\xb7 Receives and screens incoming calls for all departments.\xc2\xb7 Welcomes company guests and visitors.\xc2\xb7 Manage the door access system.\xc2\xb7 Ensures that all important messages are properly dispatched.\xc2\xb7 Collect mail, letters, and parcels from couriers and distributes them accordingly.\xc2\xb7 Dispatch mail for all employees and Joint Ventures.\xc2\xb7 Monitor all incoming emails on Oxy UAE email.\xc2\xb7 Ensures that the Reception and Meeting rooms are well attended and presentable.\xc2\xb7 Manages the meeting room bookings and requests for catering.\xc2\xb7 Assist OXY Abu Dhabi social committee in internal events.\xc2\xb7 Manage OXY Abu Dhabi internal communications.\xc2\xb7 Assist several departments with ad hoc tasks.\xc2\xb7 Arrange interviews/testing for candidates.\xc2\xb7 Processing BC and other printing stationery (Letterheads, envelopes, complimentary slips, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Arranging and distributing access badges.\xc2\xb7 Keep POB for the 9th floor up to date.\xc2\xb7 Assist in multiple tasks required by the Manager.Qualifications
  • Diploma in Business Administration
  • 3 years experience in a similar position
  • Pleasing personality and excellent presentation.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office.
  • Very good telephone etiquette.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Patience, dedication and willingness to assist others.
