Job Description

Princeton Review Middle East is looking for a Receptionist ( FEMALE ) Arabic and English Speaker in Sharjah with the following qualification and experience

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner and maintaining a database of center visitors

Delivering a positive customer experience during all interactions with existing and potential parents, visitors, staff and students

Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have

To provide an excellent and memorable customer experience while ensuring that Score Plus policies, procedures and codes of conduct are followed at all times

Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times

Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received

Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Work closely with the operations team

Requirements

Bachelor Degree

Must be fluent in Arabic and English with good experience in Microsoft Office.

Should have excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and computer skills

Should have minimum 1 year of experience in a front office or customer service role or secretarial role.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Secretary & Receptionist: 1 year (Required)
