An accountants role is to support the organization by ensuring that all stock and inventory records and reporting are up to standard, updated and maintained regularly. In some cases, they are responsible for working with third parties, like auditors, suppliers, staff to keep business on track. duties include:
Preparing monthly and annual reportd
Liaising third-party suppliers
Processing orderd and stocks
Costing for products
Data gathering
Receiving and storing invoices
Using digital systems to keep records
Store Management
Quality Control
Product Management
Managing records and receipts
Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly stocks
Developing an in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
Supporting in reception when required
skills and experience include:
5-7 years experience
Excellent MS Excel capabilities
Regional experience
Beauty center experience
Fresha system experience
