Manage inquiries, reservations, and check-ins for wellness services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle guest inquiries promptly and courteously.
Provide information about available wellness services, packages, and promotions to guests.
Actively promote and upsell wellness services and packages to guests to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area and ensure that all promotional materials are displayed effectively.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure seamless guest experiences.
Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using the hotel\'s booking system.
Assist in inventory management, including restocking retail products and monitoring supplies.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and guest satisfaction at all times.
