Receptionist
to join our team. As the first point of contact for our visitors, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing bookings, inquiries, and overall guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet all visitors and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Assist visitors with inquiries, provide information about available packages, and ensure all guests are attended to promptly.
Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise in a professional and efficient manner.
Multitasking & Organization:
Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and assisting in bookings.
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Booking & Reservations:
Handle event bookings, confirm reservations, and ensure accurate details are recorded.
Assist guests in selecting the appropriate packages based on their needs and preferences.
Cash Handling & POS System:
Operate the
POS system
to process payments, issue receipts, and manage sales.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate and secure management of payments.
Event Coordination:
Confirm event details and assist with coordinating activities and services for parties and special events.
Support the team in ensuring smooth execution of events and services.
Communication & Coordination:
Effectively communicate with both internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations.
Inform guests of our policies, rules, and regulations.
Engagement with Children:
Provide a friendly and engaging experience for children as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and excited about their visit.
General Administrative Support:
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing customer databases.
Assist with maintaining and updating the calendar for event bookings and appointments.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong Personality & Confidence:
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests, children, and team members.
Customer Service & Reception Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Multitasking & Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage several tasks efficiently without compromising on quality or service.
Cash Handling & POS System Knowledge:
Experience with handling cash transactions and proficiency in operating a
POS system
for sales and payments.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both children and adults in English (Arabic is a plus).
Knowledge of Child Engagement (Preferred):
Experience in working with children and a basic understanding of child development and safety.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure all bookings, payments, and administrative tasks are handled accurately.
