We are seeking a talented and dedicated receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, and efficient in managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and courteous manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
Handle incoming and outgoing Calls.
Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and colleagues
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
Fluent in English & Tagalog
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OutlooK
