Key Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients warmly and assist them in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
• Provide general information regarding our services and assist clients with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with basic computer applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
