Job Description

Accountant

We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Greet persons entering the organization, direct them to the correct destination, and provide general administrative and clerical support.

• Main Job Tasks:
• Greet persons entering the organization
• Direct persons to the correct destination
• General administrative and clerical support
• Schedule reservations of conference halls
• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Organize drivers' work

Preferred Natinality : Philppino

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Experience:

• receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)
