Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team as a full time.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.

Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently.

Utilize Excel skills for data entry and record management.

Manage and update our social media platforms.

Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations of the front desk.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly,
professional demeanor.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms.

Fluent in Arabic with very good English communication
skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
