Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, managing equipment, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment
  • Prepare, review, and manage various documents, including contracts, agreements, and property listings.Adhere to RERA rules and regulations.
  • Prepare Tenancy contracts ,Ejari and various Forms.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and update the companys CRM system and databases, ensuring that all client and property information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Draft and distribute internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Handle basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection standards.Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
