General office management
Managing clerical tasks such as processing Trade Licenses, Tenancy Contracts, Health Insurance, Vehicle Insurance, and Employment Visas
Organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules
Handling invoicing, receipts, and following up on collections
Ensuring professional communication via phone, email, and mail
Assisting management
Maintaining employee records in both hard and soft copies
Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews.
Assisting to On boarding Process
Qualifications:
Graduation in any field
0-1year of relevant work experience
Preference for female candidates
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
