Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and presentable female receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic and will possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This role is critical as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to other departments as needed Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Qualifications:

Female candidate with a pleasant and professional appearance Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written) High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
