1. Front Desk & Customer Services
Greet clients warmly and professionally as they enter the salon.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails promptly.
Provide information about salon services, pricing, and promotions.
Assist clients in booking, modifying, and canceling appointments.
2. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
Maintain and manage the salon's appointment booking system.
Confirm upcoming appointments and send reminders to clients.
Allocate clients to the appropriate stylist or technician based on their requirements.
Manage walk-in clients efficiently and minimize wait times.
3. Payments & Billing
Process cash, card, and digital payments securely.
Issue receipts and invoices for salon services.
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
4. Salon Operations & Administration:
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Keep client records updated, including service history and preferences.
Manage inventory of salon retail products and assist in sales.
Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
5. Customer Relations & Complaint Handling:
Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
Collect customer feedback and report any issues to management.
Promote membership programs, offers, and loyalty discounts.
