Job Description

We are currently seeking for a good looking and organized receptionist (female ) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service to all clients.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or person
• Respond to emails and correspondence promptly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
