We are currently seeking a professional and friendly receptionist who is fluent in both English and Russian to join our team at a distinguished women\'s beauty salon in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The receptionist will be responsible for being the initial point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and offering administrative support.Responsibilities:- Warmly greet and welcome clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage the salon\'s booking system
- Attend to all customer queries, concerns, and comments posted to the company\'s social media platforms.
- Balance out transactions throughout the day
- Regularly check the receipt drawer for any items to be receipted
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times
- Provide information about salon services and products to clients
- Count the till at the beginning and end of each shift
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the salonSalary:
AED 3,700 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTS- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic salon appointment booking software is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude is a must.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
- Proficiency in using computer and office billing software is required.
- Knowledge of beauty and salon services is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Russian is highly desirable.
