The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
Assist with coordinating meetings and arranging meeting rooms.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Handle inquiries and provide information about the company to visitors and callers.
Assist with various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
1+ year of experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Language: English / Arabic.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Nationality: Emirati.
Female candidates only.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
