Welcome and greet OFA patients and visitors to the lounge with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Liaise with Patient Access Team the check-in and registration process of every OFA patient.
Maintain high level of confidentiality and privacy standards for OFA patients and visitors.
Customer service/hospitality or healthcare industry experience is preferred,
Basic computer skills, ability to learn and manage electronic medical record system functions as applicable
