Job Title: Receptionist

Department: Front Office

Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming environment for guests and visitors, answering phones, greeting guests, and providing information about the company and its services. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

Provide a warm and welcoming environment for guests and visitors
Answer phones and direct calls
Greet guests and visitors and provide information about the company and its services
Handle inquiries and requests from guests and visitors
Schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
