:As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. Your primary responsibilities include greeting guests, providing information about the attraction, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the reception area.
Greet visitors upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Provide information about the tourist attraction, including exhibits, events, and any special promotions.
Assist guests with ticket purchases, reservations, and any other inquiries
Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
Provide accurate information regarding opening hours, admission fees, and general attraction details.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
Handle cash transactions, issue receipts, and reconcile daily cash reports.
Assist in managing reservations and coordinating group visits.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor.
Collect and document visitor feedback to help improve the overall guest experience.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
Assist in promoting and coordinating special events or promotions.
Monitor the entrance area to ensure the security of the attraction.
Follow established protocols for emergency situations and report any incidents promptly.
RequirementsRequirements
Diploma or bachelors degree in a suitable field
Prior, proven experience as a receptionist or in related field preferred
Must have Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic, plus any other language
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using basic computer software and office equipment.
Ability to work during evenings and on weekends (When required ).
Working hours 9 Hours/ Day (nt exceeding the MoHRE limit)
Agree to Cash-in-hand salary for the position
Flexible on working on Sudden change in shifts/ Sudden requests to work on day off when necessary.
Willing to work shifts and long working hours and Standing/ walking for long hours or Going indoors and outdoors between hot weather and A/C
