To attend bi-daily team briefing actively.

OPERATIONS
To always act and perform accordingly to LPM standards.
To greet all customers in warm and friendly manner, welcome them in the restaurant and attend to their inquiries before escorting to the table
To ensure all telephone calls and emails are handled politely and efficiently, providing correct and accurate assistance which meets customer needs
Efficiently use reservation system (take, confirm, amend, cancel reservations)
To be able to run the book during busy operation hours.
To maximize opportunities to increase revenue (walk-ins, service pushing, (over)booking, maximizing identified time slot, support on organizing the large groups)
To work equally at the reception of the restaurant in direct contact with guests and at the reservation department.
To assist with stationery stock inventory and void room management
To conduct competitors benchmark analysis (pricing, product offer)
To have a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, digestive and bar list of LPM
