Your responsibilities will be:

Should have 5 years of experience in a 4 star and 5 star hotel
Supervisory experience is beneficial
Work with in-house and online systems
Ability to work on own and as part of the team
Confident to take ownership of specific projects
Priorities own workload as well as that of Reservations Group
Be on call as and when required outside of working hours
Delivering consistency of high level of excellence to ensure complete satisfaction of both internal and external customers and maximize the financial performance of the hotel.
Ensuring all the telephone calls are answered and handled in a timely manner and in accordance with the brand standards.
Ensuring all new existing bedroom, group and meeting room bookings checks are carried out in accordance with departmental and brand standards.
Ensuring all reservations/group enquiries are dealt with a prompt and professional manner in accordance with brand standards.
To be responsible for the day-to-day duties with selling the hotel and entering individual/groups/meeting room reservations, including arrivals checks, rooming lists, processing payments and communication to the hotel team.
Completing other projects when and when required.
