Job Description

Our esteemed client is a multinational FMCG brand currently seeking to recruit a Receptionist/Office Management Assistant to join their dynamic team.
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a courteous manner.
  • Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
  • Assist with mail distribution and courier services.
  • Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist with office supply inventory and ordering.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various projects and tasks.

  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills - Arabic preferred.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
