In this role, you will play a key role in fostering positive relationships with our guests, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations throughout their dining experience. :
Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and provide exceptional Guest service throughout their visit
Effectively address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, working towards resolution and exceeding expectations
Manage reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring optimal seating arrangements
Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists
Proactively identify guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction
Build Guests database on the reservation system with the most up to date data
Assist with managing online reviews and social media engagement
Liaise with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Communicate special guest requests and dietary restrictions to the relevant team members
Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
Uphold all company policies and procedures
Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service flow
Collect guest feedback and communicate it to management to improve restaurant operations

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar or same role
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, a genuine smile, and a passion for the restaurant industry
Experience with restaurant reservation systems is a must
