Position Summary:
The role holder is responsible for overseeing the frontline operations and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The Reception Manager will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the reception area while serving as a link between the service reception and the workshop, ensuring productivity and efficiency by optimum utilization of available manpower resources.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, monitor, and supervise the service reception area to ensure smooth operations. Oversee the activities of service advisors to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
· Assist service advisors in managing customer interactions and vehicle admissions as needed, ensuring a seamless service experience for clients.
· Act as the NDSP Outlet driver by analyzing Customer Satisfaction (CS) results, conducting review meetings, and developing alternative strategies and action plans. Follow up on the implementation of these plans to improve service quality.
· Facilitate Dealer Process Reviews in the service reception to assess and enhance service processes.
· Monitor and report on the business performance of each service advisor. Submit monthly reports to the Service Manager detailing individual performance metrics and achievements.
· Track and assess service advisors' performance against monthly targets, including Repair Orders (ROs) and business metrics. Develop and implement action plans to address any performance gaps.
· Conduct formal weekly reviews with each service advisor, consolidate the review outcomes, and provide a comprehensive monthly report to the Service Manager.
· Maintain high standards of discipline and professionalism among frontline staff, including adherence to uniform and conduct guidelines.
· Streamline and manage the appointment scheduling system to ensure efficient service delivery.
· Regularly update the price list according to provided guidelines and ensure consistent implementation among service advisors.
· Ensure that display boards, signages, and the overall appearance of the service reception are well-maintained and aligned with brand standards.
· Uphold the brand image by ensuring the service reception infrastructure is in line with Retail Visual Identity (IV) guidelines.
· Be physically present at the service reception during peak hours to oversee operations and address any immediate concerns.
· Monitor the implementation of KAIZEN, 5S, and dealership standards within the service reception to promote continuous improvement and organizational standards.
· Assist with interviewing and onboarding new personnel for the service reception to ensure proper induction and integration into the team.
Qualifications & Skills:
2 to 4 years in a related field/role, with supervisory experience.
Proven ability to work independently and with others.
Able to nurture talent, manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
MS Office skills..
