Your Day to Day

In a nutshell, as the Receiving & Store Officer, you will be responsible for receiving and storage of material in this vibrantly designed lifestyle hotel.

You will check and count all goods to be received per approved purchase order or daily market list, ensuring that they are in order, of good quality, and compliant with established specifications; any goods not meeting the specifications will be rejected.

You will move accepted products promptly to storage areas to minimize the deterioration of product quality and will also ensure proper documentation for all goods delivered to the hotel and those returned to the suppliers. Daily, you will summarise and record all goods purchased by the hotel. Your role will also involve ensuring that the Receiving Bay is well-kept through coordination with Stewarding Staff whenever cleaning is required.

What We Need From You

The right fit for this role is someone who has solid hotel background with an energetic and fun personality. You should be passionate about people and hospitality. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

You must demonstrate an ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the Hotel, the Brand and the Company. You should be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and have good writing skills.

You\'ll report to the Assistant Purchasing Manager and will play a big role in supporting the overall success of the hotel.
