Receiving & Inspection: Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Inventory Control: Track and document items using inventory systems.
Storage & Organization: Store items efficiently and ensure proper stock rotation.
Reporting: Identify and report damaged or defective goods to relevant departments.
Coordination: Work with various departments for timely and accurate deliveries.
Warehouse Management: Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations in all warehouse operations.
Communication: Ensure effective communication with suppliers and team members for smooth operations.
Qualifications
Operational Knowledge: Proficiency with hotel operations and inventory management systems, understanding the protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, ensuring accurate checks on goods and prompt reporting of discrepancies.
Educational Background: High school diploma required; a degree in Hospitality or logistics certification is a plus.
