Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and expert advice. This role offers a stipend to ensure financial stability during your onboarding period, followed by a lucrative commission structure that rewards your sales performance and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and renters, understanding their needs and offering personalized property solutions.
• Market Analysis : Conduct thorough research of the local property market, pricing trends, and comparable listings to offer clients well-informed advice.
• Property Listings & Marketing : Assist clients in listing their properties, creating engaging property listings, and marketing properties through various channels.
• Showings & Tours : Organize and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiation : Handle negotiations between buyers, sellers, or landlords to achieve favorable terms and successful transactions.
• Paperwork & Documentation : Ensure all necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, legal forms) is completed accurately and promptly.
• Customer Service : Provide a high level of customer service, guiding clients throughout the buying, selling, or renting process to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Lead Generation & Networking : Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Build a strong referral base to increase your sales potential.
• Follow-Up & Support : Maintain regular contact with clients, even after transactions, to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
• Experience : Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex property concepts in simple terms.
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented : Must be driven to meet and exceed sales targets and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially when handling legal documents and contracts.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software, property listing platforms, and general computer applications.
• Real Estate License (Preferred) : In some regions, a real estate license may be required or preferred. Willingness to pursue licensing if necessary is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
