DreamDwell Properties is seeking a talented and experienced Photographer/Videographer to join our innovative team. This role is essential in producing high-quality visual content that showcases both residential and commercial properties, significantly contributing to our marketing efforts aimed at attracting discerning buyers and investors. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity and technical prowess to deliver captivating visuals that highlight the luxury and exclusivity of our real estate offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Content Creation:

• Capture high-resolution photographs and videos, including interior, exterior, and aerial perspectives, ensuring that all visual material is both impactful and market-ready.
• Leverage advanced camera technology, drones, and editing tools to produce immersive, high-quality visual stories that reflect the distinctive character of each property.

Creative Development:

• Conceptualize and produce engaging promotional videos, virtual tours, and detailed property walkthroughs that enhance audience engagement and elevate the company's brand image.
• Collaborate on creative strategies that align with DreamDwell Properties' marketing objectives, ensuring a fresh, compelling approach to visual content.

Post-Production:

• Lead post-production processes, meticulously editing and enhancing images and videos to meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and aesthetic appeal.
• Optimize final content for distribution across various digital platforms, including the company's website, social media, and advertising campaigns.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with project goals and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with property managers, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to organize and execute on-site shoots efficiently and professionally.

Equipment & Technology Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and organization of photography, videography, and drone equipment, ensuring top performance and adherence to industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to continuously improve content quality and production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a photographer/videographer, with a portfolio that showcases expertise in real estate photography and videography.
• Proficiency in professional camera systems, drones, and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro).
• Strong attention to detail, with an eye for composition, lighting, and framing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Film Production, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate photography/videography, with a focus on luxury properties.
