Real Estate Photographer/Videographer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photography and videography, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for showcasing properties in the best possible light. The purpose of this role is to create high-quality visual content that highlights the unique features of residential and commercial properties for marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Photography:
• Capture high-resolution images of properties, including interior and exterior shots.
• Utilize lighting, angles, and composition techniques to enhance property features.
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Videography:
• Produce engaging video tours of properties, capturing both visual and audio elements.
• Edit video content to create polished, professional presentations.
• Incorporate music and voiceovers where appropriate to enhance viewer engagement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with real estate agents and clients to understand their vision and requirements.
• Attend property showings and open houses to capture dynamic content.
• Marketing Support:
• Assist in creating compelling marketing materials that utilize photos and videos.
• Provide visual content for online listings, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Equipment Management:
• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring all tools are in working order.
• Stay updated on new technologies and trends in the real estate photography/videography field.
• Client Relations:
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
• Offer professional advice on how to best market properties through visuals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Film, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a photographer and/or videographer, ideally in real estate or a similar industry.
• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong understanding of photography/videography principles, including composition, lighting, and framing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate photography/videography.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
