Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor and Maker to join our real estate marketing team. As a Video Editor and Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our properties, enhances our brand image, and engages our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce compelling videos that highlight the unique features and selling points of our real estate offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project objectives and requirements for each property listing or promotional campaign.

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for real estate listings, property tours, neighborhood showcases, and promotional videos.

- Capture visually appealing footage using professional cameras, drones, and other video equipment.

- Edit videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to create engaging and polished final products.

- Enhance video quality with color correction, sound editing, special effects, graphics, and transitions.

- Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms and formats (e.g., social media, websites, email campaigns).

- Maintain organized video files and assets for easy access and future use.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.

- Collaborate with external vendors or contractors as needed for specialized video projects.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.

- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

- Strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and production skills, with an emphasis on real estate or property-related content.

- Experience with camera operation, composition, and video shooting techniques.

- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and exporting processes for different platforms.

- Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
