Requirements :
We are a growing real estate consultancy looking Real Estate Valuation Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will conduct property inspections, analyze market data, and prepare comprehensive valuation reports. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site property inspections and assess surroundings.
• Collect and analyze market data on comparable properties.
• Apply various valuation methods to estimate property values.
• Prepare detailed appraisal reports and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with clients and provide expert advice on property values.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on market trends and pursue ongoing professional development.
• Utilize valuation software and digital resources for assessments.
