Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Real Estate Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring and educating new and experienced agents. As a Real Estate Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our real estate agents, helping them to succeed in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Develop Training Programs : Create, update, and refine training materials and curriculum to cover key real estate topics such as property laws, market trends, sales techniques, negotiation skills, customer relationship management, and more.
• Conduct Training Sessions : Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions for new and existing real estate agents, ensuring that content is engaging and relevant to the current real estate environment.
• Assess & Evaluate Performance : Monitor trainee progress, provide constructive feedback, and assess their skills through role-playing, quizzes, and assessments. Provide additional support and coaching as needed.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay updated on the latest real estate trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the training content remains current and applicable.
• One-on-One Coaching : Offer individual coaching to agents who need additional support, focusing on areas such as prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and increasing sales.
• Support Continuous Learning : Promote continuous professional development by introducing agents to new resources, technologies, and best practices that enhance their real estate careers.
• Foster a Positive Learning Environment : Create a welcoming, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere where agents feel comfortable learning and asking questions.
• Collaboration with Leadership : Work closely with sales managers, HR, and team leaders to identify training needs and align training initiatives with company goals.
• Monitor Industry Trends : Provide insights and recommendations on emerging industry trends and potential areas for improvement in agent performance and overall team success.
Requirements:
• Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, with a proven track record in sales, negotiation, or property management.
• Training & Mentorship : Previous experience in training, mentoring, or coaching real estate professionals is highly preferred.
• Licensing : A valid real estate license is preferred, but not mandatory (depending on region).
• Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and concise manner.
• Leadership Skills : Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead individuals and groups of varying experience levels.
• Knowledge of Real Estate Market : A deep understanding of real estate practices, trends, and local market dynamics.
• Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with various learning management systems (LMS), online training tools, and CRM platforms. Experience with real estate-specific software is a plus.
• Certifications : Real Estate Instructor or Training Certifications are a plus (e.g., NAR's RE Academy, Certified Real Estate Trainer).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
