Job Description
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Trainer, Coach, or in a similar training role in the real estate industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of real estate practices, legal guidelines, and industry trends.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, CRM systems, and real estate software.
• Licensed Real Estate Agent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and support agents in their professional growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
