Position Overview:
We are seeking for Real Estate Trainer for our Learning and development department. This role involves a blend of practical techniques, strategic insights, and motivational coaching. Typically focuses on educating and mentoring real estate agents, helping them enhance their skills, stay updated on industry trends, and maximise their potential.
Responsibilities:
Developing Training Programs: Creating curriculum and materials for different aspects of real estate, such as sales techniques, market analysis, legal considerations, and technology use.
Conducting Workshops and Seminars: Organizing and leading sessions to provide hands-on training and interactive learning experiences.
One-on-One Coaching: Offering personalized guidance to agents to help them overcome specific challenges or improve their performance.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of market trends, legal changes, and best practices to provide relevant and current information to trainees.
Evaluating Performance: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs and the progress of individual agents to ensure they are meeting their goals.
Goal Setting : Help agents set and achieve their sales goals, providing tools and techniques for maintaining motivation.
Stress Management : Equip agents with strategies to handle the pressures and rejections that can come with property sales
Sales Techniques : Teach agents effective selling strategies, including prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and negotiation.
Market Analysis : Help agents understand market trends, property valuations, and how to present this information to potential buyers.
CRM and Technology : Train agents on using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other technology to streamline their sales processes.
Industry Trends : Keep agents informed about the latest trends, legal updates, and market shifts that could impact sales.
Competitive Analysis : Teach agents how to analyze and leverage competitive data to better position themselves and their listings.
Requirements:
10 years' Experience 5 years in Abu Dhabi Market 5 years as a Property sales and minimum 2 years as a trainer
Deep understanding of real estate principles, market trends, legal regulations, and sales techniques.
Degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
Strong Communication Skill proficiency in English and Arabic too , further foreign languages can be advantage
Driving Licence and own Car is Must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
