Job Vacancy: Real Estate Telesales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic, young and results-driven Real Estate Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our real estate services, and closing sales over the phone.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell real estate properties and services.

- Follow a prepared sales script to provide accurate information and address client inquiries.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market, property listings, and services offered.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Accurately record client information and details of interactions in the CRM system.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with field agents to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of at least one year in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

- Knowledge of the local real estate market is highly desirable.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
