Job Summary:
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our real estate offerings, and converting inquiries into sales. You will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and building lasting relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate services and offerings.
• Qualify leads by understanding client needs and presenting appropriate property options.
• Maintain an updated database of potential clients and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Provide clients with detailed information about properties, market trends, and financing options.
• Assist clients throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on market conditions, property listings, and competitive landscaped

Salary: 2500 up to 3500 + commission
