Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in our sales and marketing efforts by connecting with potential clients over the phone, providing information about our real estate listings, and scheduling appointments for our sales agents. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls to potential clients interested in buying, selling, or renting real estate properties in Dubai.
Database Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's real estate listings, including property details, pricing, and market trends in Dubai.
Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients in a professional and courteous manner, answering their inquiries, and providing them with accurate information about available properties.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments and property viewings for the sales team based on clients' preferences and availability.
Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep potential clients engaged with our real estate offerings.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation, call outcomes, and appointment scheduling to the sales manager.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to maintain a positive brand image and foster client trust and loyalty.
Market Research: Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of English, Arabic, Hindi or other languages is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including current market conditions, pricing, and legal regulations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
