REAL ESTATE TELE CALLER
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in the off-plan real estate sector
Salary: Upto AED 8000 + Commission + Performance-based incentives

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Tele Caller to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the off-plan real estate sector and will be responsible for generating a minimum of 3-4 client meetings per week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our latest off-plan property offerings.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring they meet the company's criteria for potential buyers.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm meetings between potential clients and our sales agents, aiming for a minimum of 3-4 meetings per week.
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture relationships and convert leads into appointments.
• Database Management: Maintain and update the client database with accurate and detailed information.
• Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest market trends, property developments, and industry news to provide clients with relevant and timely information.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment setting to measure performance against targets.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the off-plan real estate sector.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Sales Acumen: A keen understanding of sales processes and the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
• Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly the off-plan sector.
